从事研究的学科专业领域及主要研究方向

  学科专业是材料物理与化学,主要研究方向有多铁薄膜的制备,多铁薄膜的铁电性,磁性和磁电耦合效应;铁电-磁性多层薄膜的制备以及层间耦合机理。铁电薄膜的掺杂改性及性能改进的机理等。近年来开始从事钙钛矿太阳能电池的研究。 

主要工作经历及业绩:

  1988年至1991年在京山县第一中学学习。

1991年至1995年在湖北师范学院学习。

1995年至1998年在湖北大学攻读物理课程与教学论硕士研究生。

1998澳门银河游戏网址物理与电子科学学院工作。

主要研究领域为多铁材料的制备及物性研究。博士期间主要进行BiFeO3的化学溶液沉积方法和溶胶-凝胶方法制备、替代改性及物性研究。后来将研究范围扩展到BiFeO3纳米结构和Bi3Fe5O12石榴石结构铁氧体的水热制备工艺及性能的研究。在国外重要刊物上发表论文三十多篇,其中以第一作者或通信作者发表SCI论文22篇。2009年申报获批教育部科学研究重点项目一项。主持和参与湖北省教育厅科学研究项目各2项,主持黄石市科技局科学研究项目2项,参与2项,现在为本校光学工程一级学科硕士生导师。现在从事有机钙钛矿太阳能电池方面的研究,是《Journal of Alloys and Compounds》, 《Journal of Sol-Gel Science and Technology 》, 《Applied Physics:A》, 《Thin Solid Films 》, 《Materials Chemistry and Physics》, 《Materials Science & Engineering B》, 《Journal of Materials Science》, 《Material Research Bulletin》, 《Journal of Crystal Growth》等刊物的审稿人。

攻读博士学位期间一直在物理系担任相应的教学工作。主讲过《力学》,《电磁学》,《大学物理》,《固体物理》等主干和基础课程。在2005年至2011年连续7的年度考核中获得综合优秀或者教学优秀。2008年被评为澳门银河游戏网址“十大优秀教师”。现为澳门银河游戏网址教授,硕士生导师,物理与电子科学学院副院长。
